Fusion Magazine is a quarterly contemporary art publication based in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. Having launched in 2009, the magazine has now been published for over 13 years. As a regional publication, Fusion Magazine covers visual arts, culture and design primarily pertaining to the West Coast art scene. Past issues have profiled artists, galleries, museums, art schools, collectors, curators, and emerging trends in mediums that include painting, sculpture, photography and more. The magazine also reviews art books, competitions, fairs and festivals relevant to its Pacific Northwest audience. Fusion Magazine is an award-winning publication, having been recognized by the City and Regional Magazine Association in the past. While I do not have access to preview Issue 47 slated for 2023, this provides context on the magazine’s general focus on the local arts community for each quarterly edition over the past decade.
